South Plains Volleyball Officials (SPVO) is a member of the Texas Association of Sports Officials (TASO). It is the task of SPVO to train and schedule volleyball officials for UIL and TAPPS schools within the South Plains area of Texas. It is the goal of SPVO to develop highly skilled officials for every level Junior High through Varsity.

Earlybird fee of $115 December 2025 - March 1, 2026.
Regular fee $140 until August 1, 2026
